Spring clean up April 20-24

Between April 20,2026 – April 24,2026, any Hooks, Tx residents with an active account will be able to utilize the Spring bulk trash service. Items must be dropped off at the sewer plant located at the end of Willow Oak Drive between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. YOU MUST DELIVER TO THE PLANT. There will be someone available to help unload.
