Trash Collection

  • November 1, 2021 the City of Hooks will be offering trash service outside the City Limits.
  • The City of Hooks offers trash service within a 5 mile radius of the City.
  • Roughly from East Spur 86 to West FM 2253 all the way North to Red River
  • Trash pick up will be one time per week for one 96 gallon trash can that will be provided by the trash service.
  • Trash is picked up only on Wednesday. You will need to have your garbage out in the provided can by the roadside by 7:00 AM to insure pickup.
  • Serial Numbers will be matched with each address.
  • Trash pick up would be $23.50 monthly for one can and $5.00 per additional can. Outside city limit trash pickup is $29.50 per month and $5.00 per addional can.
  • Trash Services will be billed by the City of Hooks.
